I design all of my plans in 3D, giving you a chance to "see" your house before it's built. This helps tremendously in visualizing and refining a project long before construction begins. Many building errors can be detected and eliminated saving you money during construction.

Remodels/Renovations

When you already love where you live and want to turn your house into the home of your dreams. As I mentioned above, I use the most current 3D CAD software to deliver realistic views of your project. Nowhere is this more useful than when remodeling or adding onto an existing home. You actually get to see how your new addition will look with your existing home, and how new elements will interact with existing.
Commercial Architecture
From pre-fab metal buildings to tenant improvements and multifamily projects, I work with a network of certified architects, engineers and contractors, and can deliver any size commercial projects at substantial discounts. I have had the pleasure of working on many different types of projects from office buildings to townhouses, land planning and re-zoning, office/warehouse etc...

I've been designing everything from office spaces and garages to custom homes and commercial buildings since 2004, when I was attending UVU for Architectural Drafting and Design.
I design spaces that feel good. Flow is important, and I make that a priority. Whether I'm helping you create a new space or renovating what you already have I will work to make the space feel as though it was always meant to be that way.
